Booking Policy
To book a table the customers can do either the following
- Call the restaurant on:
0121 622 5669 (Chung Ying Cantonese Monday - Sunday) 0121 4000 888 (Chung Ying Central Monday - Saturday) 0121 666 6622 (Chung Ying Garden) (Monday - Sunday)
and book over the phone. - Book online directly, Chung Ying Central requires a deposit of £5pp for bookings for 7 people or more. For parties larger than 20 guests please contact the restaurant of your choice directly.
- Chung Ying Restaurants the right to withdraw a booking due to extenuated circumstances and provide alternative date and time however, if the alternative date and time is unsuitable full refund will be given.
Refund Policy
If a booking is cancelled 48 hours prior to the dining, then the customer is entitled to a full refund. Any cancellations within 48 hours prior to dining time are not refundable.
With respect to requesting a refund for a service after it has been carried out then we ask you to put the complaint in writing to the restaurant manager as per our complaints procedure.
